How it works
Set the number of travel days and travelers. With no laundry planned, underwear and socks are suggested for each day. With laundry, the clothing window is the interval plus one spare day, capped at the trip length. Tops are suggested for every two days and bottoms for every three. Weather and activities add items; quantities are starting points, not rules. Personal items scale with travelers, while shared essentials such as the toiletry kit stay at one. Review every suggestion for your preferences, ages and accessibility needs.
Example
For a 14-day trip with two travelers and laundry every four days, the clothing window is five days. The suggested underwear total is ten, tops six and bottoms four. Check items as you pack, edit quantities or remove what you do not need. Add personal items with your own names. A checkmark applies to the current quantity; if that quantity changes, it becomes pending. Manual quantity overrides remain until you reset the example.
Assumptions and limitations
Quantities are suggestions. Adjust for your needs; clothing changes can reset a completed item.
Frequently asked questions
Is my trip uploaded or synced?
No. Lists, settings and checkmarks are saved in this browser only. Clearing site data removes them. Use CSV export or printing for a separate copy.
Are baggage limits live airline rules?
No. Enter the limits for your own ticket and verify them with the operating airline for each flight. Example values are not airline policy.
Does the luggage volume tool guarantee everything fits?
No. It compares rectangular volume and individual dimensions, not the combined spatial arrangement of your belongings.
