How it works
Measure your fully packed bag, including wheels, handles and pockets. Enter the dimensional allowance from your actual ticket or airline information. The default numbers are illustrative examples and do not represent a carrier. With rotation enabled, the three bag dimensions and allowance dimensions are sorted from largest to smallest before comparison. Turn rotation off when the orientation matters. Optional weight and linear-dimension checks are disabled by entering zero. Linear dimension means height plus width plus depth.
Example
A 55 × 40 × 23 cm bag matches entered limits of 55 × 40 × 23 cm. Increasing depth to 24 cm fails the dimension check. A 7 kg bag passes an entered 8 kg limit. Passing these inputs does not guarantee boarding approval: baggage rules can differ by ticket, route, aircraft and each flight. Confirm the current rules yourself, including item count and any restrictions that this simple comparison does not check.
Assumptions and limitations
Example limits only. Check your airline, ticket and each flight before travel.
Frequently asked questions
Is my trip uploaded or synced?
No. Lists, settings and checkmarks are saved in this browser only. Clearing site data removes them. Use CSV export or printing for a separate copy.
Are baggage limits live airline rules?
No. Enter the limits for your own ticket and verify them with the operating airline for each flight. Example values are not airline policy.
Does the luggage volume tool guarantee everything fits?
No. It compares rectangular volume and individual dimensions, not the combined spatial arrangement of your belongings.
